Professor Roberts is the co-author of eight books and over 100 papers and articles. He has participated in the preparation of confidential market analyses to evaluate the impact of legislative and commercial changes on various segments of the construction industry. Consultancy work has been carried out for a number of organizations, particularly the preparation of detailed reports for arbitration and litigation. Contributions have also been made to the preparation of Approved Documents and Agrement Certificates. Current research includes Government, Industry and Research Council funded projects. He has been active in the development of UK and European Codes and Standards and Chairs a number of the key committees.
